Good questions, straight answers.
Can I view my cameras on my phone?
Yes. Every system we install can be viewed live and played back from your phone, tablet or laptop once there's an internet connection on site — and we set the app up for you.
Wired or wireless alarm — which do I need?
Wired systems suit new builds or homes that are pre-wired. Wireless systems go in quickly with little or no disruption. Hybrid systems mix both. After a site survey we'll recommend what best suits your property.
What's the difference between self-monitored and fully monitored?
Self-monitored alarms alert you on your phone over your internet connection (with optional GSM backup). Fully monitored alarms signal a 24/7 central monitoring station, which contacts you and can request a Garda call-out.
There's no internet at my farm — can I still have cameras?
Yes. We can arrange a Clare WiFi site survey and signal test, and if that's not an option we have 3G/4G solutions available.
Do you service or upgrade existing systems?
We do. We maintain, repair and upgrade CCTV and alarm systems — just call us to talk through what you have.
